We collect what you tell us — a name, an email, a phone number, a property address — and we use it to follow up about a possible home purchase. We may also store basic referral and advertising attribution details, such as the page you submitted from, UTM parameters, referrer URL, and Google click identifiers. We do not sell lead data or share it with unrelated marketing partners.

What we store

Form submissions are stored in our own Supabase database. They are accessible only to the founders and any employees or contractors with a legitimate business need. We may send a transactional confirmation email after you submit the form. If we use analytics or advertising conversion measurement, we use it to understand which outreach is working and to manage follow-up.

Unsubscribe and deletion

You can ask us not to contact you again at any time. If we send bulk or marketing email in the future, those emails will include an unsubscribe option. To have your information deleted, email us at hello@mnhometransitions.com and we'll remove it unless we need to keep a record for a legitimate business or legal reason.
